When I joined Nood, my early contributions focused on improving the website and platform through minor tweaks, enhancing the display of content, and refining how information was presented to users.

I worked closely with the founder and the developer to ensure design updates were consistent with the existing framework and aligned with the platform’s mission.

In late November and early December, we began fully redesigning the website and platform, focusing on three key features for users: a news feed to stay updated, a job board offering exclusive Nood opportunities, and NoodPod, a podcast featuring insightful conversations with founders about their work, advice, and opportunities.

Throughout the redesign process, we prioritized keeping the interface simple and clean for users, utilizing a very minimal and cohesive color palette to enhance usability and visual appeal.

With the launch of the new website and platform, I also began planning and organizing the visual layout for Nood’s social media posts, focusing on Instagram and LinkedIn. We developed three types of posts: announcements of collaborations between brands, celebrities, influencers, and other brands; NoodPod guest features; and updates about relevant job opportunities.

These efforts significantly boosted our social media presence, with Instagram experiencing rapid follower growth and LinkedIn maintaining its position as the platform with the highest engagement.

As part of the brand refresh, we also updated the wordmark by introducing a new, funky font that added a playful yet modern edge to Nood’s visual identity. This choice aligned with the brand’s unique personality and the clean, streamlined design of the updated website and platform.
